Quality Management System The Brock Group prides itself on providing quality services to its customers; safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. HSEQ responsibilities include Quality Assurance, using tools such as internal audits and management reviews to verify compliance with the program. The Quality Management System (QMS) is a tiered program consisting of the Quality Assurance Manual, Quality Control Procedures, Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Work Instructions, and Quality Control Forms. The Brock Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained on a centralized site that organizes all our quality-related documents and processes, which Brock employees have the ability to browse and select specific documents, as needed.

Web-based Auditing System This year, Brock transitioned to a web-based auditing system with mobile app capabilities to streamline and enhance the way we conduct our Quality Audits. This innovative platform supports all aspects of our auditing process, including: • Quality Assurance Audits • Coatings Project Audits • Insulation Daily Checklists By leveraging this system, we improve efficiency, ensure consistent reporting, and maintain the highest standards of quality across our projects. This move reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

To provide the highest-quality services to Brock customers, the Brock Group has transitioned the Quality Management System to align with the ISO 9001:2015 standard from the previous 9001:2008 format. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to quality management and continuous improvement, ensuring we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. This upgrade represents our dedication to maintaining robust quality standards while embracing a risk-based approach to deliver even better products and services.
